In My Mailbox #1

In my mailbox is hosted by The Story Siren.

Welcome to my first vlog! Here's some things you should know:

  1. Usually, I'm much more handsome.
  2. My teeth aren't as big as they seem here.
  3. I speak better English when I don't record myself with a crappy camera that is being balanced on my computer.
I mention Amanda and Sharon. I also mention Eclipse, Perfect Timing, Sons and Lovers, Wicked, The Picture of Dorian Grey and Bikini. Most importantly, I mention Amanda's GLBT challenge. Go join!

You are awesome! :D I loved this, I love vlogs, and your teeth don't look big at all. You did a great job, and I think I need to go look into Oscar Wilde's short stories. I didn't realize he'd written short stories. I've read Dorian Gray and I want to read some of his plays, but now the short stories will get put onmy list, too!

Your teeth don't look big at all. And, hey, it can't be worse then my past endeavers in the vlogging community *shudder*

I love the cover you have for Dorian Grey! I have an old worn-out Barnes and Noble's classics one.

Hahaha That was awesome! You were definitely more on the cute side rather than obnoxious. I enjoyed it. Keep it up. And it was great to put a face and voice with the blog. I feel like I know who you are now.

You are so funny! (One of your comments near the beginning made me laugh out loud) haha. Great vlog! And I didn't even realize English wasn't your first language except that you wrote that disclaimer!

Great Vlog! I am still to nervous to try to do one of these. I am glad you could do a vlog, it seems so personable. I like that.

I understand the comments. I try to leave comments everywhere, and a little more than the generic comment. I have been trying to leave comments when I visit, but at times I start to run out of blog time so they don't always get left. BUT, I love commenting and getting comments!

Tips for the GLBT challenge if you like gothic stories. Lost Souls, Drawing Blood and Exquisite Corpse by Poppy Z. Brite. The last one is really good! (warning: contains strong scenes!)
p.s good vlog!

LOL I loved your little sign off, it had me gigling. :)
ok so,
1) you're cute so don't worry
2) you're teeth don't look big so no worries there either
and 3) your accent is kinda adorable.

LOL. Ok, that being said, I like vlogs, I feel like they are more personal and like you are actually interacting with the blogger. (I need to do them myself but I'm just so darn busy lately!) But, yeah, good job, it was entertaining. The only think I can say is that you might want to be a tad more prepared on what you want to say (maybe make a bullet noted list sitting next to you) so you don't have to keep saying "umm". I know, I say it a lot too, so it's not really a critizism (yes, i can't spell at all LOL). But, it would probably keep more watchers and cut back on the time limit of your vlogs. :)
